Savouring Solitude
Find Beauty in Everyday Life

Who's behind
this corner
I have a full-time 9 to 5.
Like many people, my weekdays are filled with commuting, meetings, emails, and endless to do lists. Life became predictable, a little monotonous—basically on autopilot.
So I started creating tiny surprises for myself.
Sometimes that meant turning off my GPS and intentionally getting lost on the drive home.
Suddenly, the familiar route became a story that was still being written. Every detour felt like turning the page to a new chapter, and I couldn't wait to see what I'd discover next.
What will I stumble upon today?
A stubborn little wildflower bursting through a crack in the pavement?
The evening sky blushing into dreamy shades of violet behind the clouds?
Or maybe that neighborhood cat putting on a tightrope show on top of a brick wall?
Once I started paying attention to these tiny details of daily life, everything clicked into high definition. It’s like the world got sprinkled with a bit of magic, making everything shimmer brighter.
Those little moments eventually needed a home.
This became that place.
Think of this site as part diary, part visual mood board, and a whole lot of "hey, I think you're going to love this."
I jot things down whenever inspiration strikes. I share spaces and objects that make me smile.
I'm not here to preach any life philosophy.
I'm just sharing what happened when I started noticing what had been there all along.
If you’ve ever found yourself dining solo or wandering through a shop alone and enjoying your own company—then you’ve definitely stumbled into the right corner of the internet.
